What Is Pregna-Fit?

Pregna-Fit is a training and exercise program developed specifically for pregnancy. Classes utilize intervals of movement, strength training and conditioning intervals in a circuit-based style with a maximum of 12 participants per class. Keeping our classes smaller ensures that we’re able to give one-on-one attention to every client over the course of a 45 minute session.

Shortly before every class we focus on pelvic floor and core system training with breathing and movement techniques to relax and connect the body. This is also repeated during the class as well to balance the work to rest ratio in between varying levels of exercise, load, and pacing changes.
