Postpartum Classes:
Recover and Rebuild

After pregnancy, labor, and childbirth—incredibly intense and emotional experiences—your recovery is of the utmost importance.

We’ll help your slow rebuild of self-awareness and strength (mental, emotional, and physical) at any pace. Strong mamas will raise strong babies. You are worth the time it takes to recover and rebuild from the ground up. The Early Postpartum program, available in private or small group sessions, will work with you to provide focus, structure, and direction for your own postpartum recovery. We will address postpartum movement topics including core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, returning to low and high impact exercise, nutrition, breastfeeding, and finding balance and time as a new mom.

Private sessions are 30-45 minutes in length and are available on an appointment basis. The Early Postpartum Class is run in 4-week blocks and spaces are limited to 6 women. New sessions are conducted on a monthly basis.

New Moms Working Together

The classes are also a valuable source of information and social interaction. We surround you with other new mothers and address common postpartum concerns such as:

  • Weight Loss & Conditioning

  • Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation)

  • Pelvic Floor Dysfunction (incontinence, pain, weakness, etc.)

  • Breathing & Cardio

  • Recovery & Retraining of Core Muscles

Private sessions are 30-45 minutes in length and are available on an appointment basis.

Mommy & Me Strength Classes

It can be difficult to find the time and motivation to keep up with a postpartum recovery plan all on your own as a new mother, but our Mommy & Me Strength classes feature mother-child workouts that bond you with your baby and fellow mothers. Our safe, fun exercises rebuild your core muscles and confidence while interacting with your child. The kids actually add to your workout with exercises like planks and lunges, safely adding the same weight you carried during your pregnancy and improving your balance.
